headspace Knox resources

The Multicultural Youth Mental Health Champions project was a collaboration between EACH services Enliven and headspace Knox to promote mental health awareness in young people from multicultural communities in the City of Knox. 

Through community engagement over the 12-month project, Enliven's team of Multicultural Community Engagement Officers sought to enhance youth access to mental services through community-focussed mental health promotion programs and training (Youth Mental Health First Aid training and Tuning into Teens) and the creation of accessible resources. 

Following community consultation, the project team worked with Enliven's plain language team to develop the following resources:
